Our custom-designed, high-volume, high-efficiency boiler induced draft fans are specifically engineered for large industrial boiler systems requiring reliable flue gas extraction and optimized energy efficiency. This series maintains stable negative pressure in boiler systems while handling high-temperature exhaust gases, ensuring combustion efficiency and operational safety.
The precision-designed impeller utilizes advanced aerodynamic profiles to maximize flow capacity while minimizing energy consumption. Constructed with heat-resistant materials and reinforced structural support, these fans withstand continuous thermal stress, corrosive flue gas composition, and varying load conditions.
The heavy-duty bearing system features forced lubrication and cooling options, ensuring long-term reliable operation in demanding boiler applications. Suitable for power plant boilers, industrial steam generators, waste heat recovery boilers, and biomass boilers—systems requiring continuous high-volume exhaust and superior operating efficiency.
- High pressure capability, especially suitable for 1-20t/h industrial boilers equipped with spiral pipes and multi-tube dust collectors
- Single suction design with impeller diameters ranging from 400mm to 3000mm
- Adjustable air outlet positions expressed by casing angles, available in "Left" and "Right" configurations
- Multiple drive options: V-belt drive, coupling drive, and double support type
- High efficiency (86.5% at best working point), high total pressure, low noise, flat performance curve, and wide economical use area with backward plate type blades
- Noise level: Ls=11.5dB (A-weighted sound level)
