• Capable of outputting higher outlet pressure while providing more gas flow with lower noise. Stable operation at higher media temperatures.
• The fan speed can be flexibly set by matching different pulley diameters to make the fan run at the highest efficiency point and reduce energy waste.
• Motor sliding guides are provided for easy tensioning of the belt to reduce energy loss due to belt slack.
• The bearing housing is reserved for temperature and vibration sensor mounting positions, for convenient installation of fan operation monitoring devices.
• Uses liquid lubricant - no need to open the bearing housing to replace and fill the oil. The bearing housing has an observation window for easy monitoring of lubricating oil quality and level.
• The bearing housing uses a labyrinth mechanical seal with unique leak-proof oil design, vent hole at the top, and sealant on the joint, completely eliminating oil leakage possibilities.
• The impeller is annealed to completely eliminate internal stress from welding, preventing creep and cracks.
• The impeller undergoes high-standard dynamic balance correction to ensure stable fan operation.
• All products undergo running and vibration tests after production for reliable operation.
